Think about it for a second!
The Redskins already play in PG County, and Dan Snyder has indicated that he's pondering moving the Redskins back to the RFK siteāin a new stadium that he would hopefully build with his own money, thus curtailing all the
Hell, maybe Victor MacFarlane can even come up with a better variation of Raljohn! ;)

FedEx Field is way too big for soccer -- cut off the top half and you might be onto something. That wont' happen of course.
The grandstanding from the D.C. Council will be there even if Snyder wants to build a new stadium with his own money, trust me. Getting D.C. to pony up for some infrastructure at Verizon Center was a tough sell, even though Abe Pollin was paying for the building.
D.C. blew it with DC United, plain and simple. Other than Marion Barry, I don't think any of the D.C. politicians care because it is soccer.
